Beta terms

These terms cover your use of ProofMEM during its invite-only beta. ProofMEM is provided by Blue Note Logic Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("we").

What the beta is

The beta is an early version of the service, offered free of charge to people we invite. It may change often, may be unavailable at times, and may have bugs. There is no uptime or support commitment during the beta.

Your account

You sign in with Blue Note ID. Keep that account and any API keys you create secure, and do not share them. You are responsible for what is done with your keys. If you think a key has leaked, revoke it in the console and tell us.

Your content

What you store in ProofMEM stays yours. We process it only to run the service for you. Do not store anything you are not allowed to store, and do not use the service to break the law or to harm others or the service itself.

Changes and the end of the beta

We may change these terms, the service, or end the beta. We will give you notice by email before ending the beta or deleting beta data, so you can export what you need. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

The beta is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from its use. Keep your own copies of anything important.
