Version privacy-2026-10-16 · draft for the invite-only beta, pending legal review
Privacy notice
ProofMEM is run by Blue Note Logic Inc., a Wyoming corporation. This notice says what we collect during the invite-only beta, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you apply
- From Blue Note ID: your account identifier, your email address (which Blue Note ID has verified) and your name.
- From the form: your name, your company if you give one, what you would use ProofMEM for, the clients you use and your team size.
- From your browser: a keyed one-way hash of your IP address (used to stop abuse, not to locate you) and your browser's user-agent string.
If you write to us through the contact form instead, we keep what you send, your email address, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, in our database and in a log file, and the team receives a copy by email.
We use this to review your application and to email you about it and about the beta.
When you use the service
The memory, notes and other content you or your agents store, your API keys (only a one-way hash of each key is kept), and usage records such as request counts. When you sign in we keep a record of the session (your browser's user-agent string and a keyed one-way hash of your IP address) and of sign-in attempts (keyed one-way hashes of the email and IP address), to keep accounts secure.
Like any website, our web servers log each request: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the address you asked for. We use these logs only for security and to fix problems, and they are deleted as they rotate. We use all of this only to run the service for you, to keep it secure, and to fix problems.
Where it is kept
On servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland). Encrypted backups are kept in Cloudflare R2 storage in the EU. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train models.
How long
Application details are kept while the beta runs; if you do not join, you can ask us to delete them at any time. Account data is kept while you have an account; at the end of the beta we will tell you what happens to it before anything is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, at legal@proofmem.com.
